ROB RUN Guide

ROB RUN map: Looty Bay and the desert districts

Updated · Bases & power

Quick answer

ROB RUN has two halves: Looty Bay, the coastal city where you rob places and cops patrol, and a lawless desert where everyone's bases sit. The desert is split into ten districts of hex settlements. On the store's map screenshot the central Highlands is Level 3, a ring of Rivertown, Fallrock and El Peso is Level 2, and the outer districts are Level 1. Higher levels unlock more features and better items.

The ten desert districts

Read from the global-map screenshot on the Steam store (it may be from a pre-launch build; levels and names can change):

District Level Where
Highlands 3 Centre — the Shadow Governor’s district
Rivertown 2 North of the Highlands
Fallrock 2 West of the Highlands
El Peso 2 East of the Highlands
Dustbowl 1 ⚠️ Far north
Redstone 1 North-east
Fairfield 1 West
Loneford 1 East, towards the coast
Rustvale 1 South-west
Cascadas 1 South-east, near Looty Bay

⚠️ Dustbowl’s level label is hard to read on the screenshot.

The map’s quick-travel bar shows four destinations: Home (your base), Sales Center, Hub and Looty Bay.

How districts work

Looty Bay

Police chase through Looty Bay

The city on the coast is where the robbing happens: shops, jewellery stores, ATMs, bank vaults and police armouries. You’re a civilian until you put on a mask; cops are real players who respawn in the city. The Bar is a neutral safe zone with a little storage and roulette — your home until you have a base.

FAQ

What's the best district in ROB RUN?

The Highlands, in the centre: it's the highest level, and whichever clan holds it taxes every other clan. For a solo player, a Level 1 district is easier to hold, but higher levels unlock better items to buy.

Are there cops in the desert?

No. Cops only exist in Looty Bay. The desert is a free-for-all — anyone can kill you, including your neighbours.

Where do I sell loot outside Looty Bay?

Every district has a central hub where residents can sell stolen loot, and Kefir says prices there can be significantly higher than in Looty Bay — but busy hubs are dangerous.
