A ROB RUN party is up to 3 players; a clan holds up to 100. Clans exist only on the server where they were created (for now), you can switch clans during a wipe cycle, and only clans can control districts — the clan holding the central Highlands taxes every other clan.

What clans do
Take districts. Only a clan can be a District Owner: it gets a cut of all taxes paid to settlement owners on its turf and faster money laundering.
Rule the map. The clan holding the central Highlands district makes its leader the Shadow Governor and taxes every other clan.
Defend bases. Neighbouring clanmates are the best raid defence.
Negotiate. The store page lists assigning roles, organising raids, gang wars and truces.
Switching and wipes
You can switch clans during a wipe cycle.
At the weekly wipe everything starts again; as clans are per server, pick your server with your friends first.
FAQ
What is the max party size in ROB RUN?
Three. Kefir: 'you can assemble a party of up to three people. And if you have more friends, we've got a clans/guilds system.'
How many players can be in a clan?
Up to 100.
Do clans carry over between servers?
Not at the moment — a clan only exists on the server where it was made. Kefir says this may change.
Can I play ROB RUN solo?
Yes. Solo players lose straight fights against full parties, but Kefir says going solo has its own advantages and the game's mix of vehicles, cops and activities leaves room for other ways to make money — stealth, timing and good escape routes.
